Our consulting services are spearheaded by Leslie Seff who is an industry professional with approximately 34
years experience, most of which occurred in a trading environment. He is a veteran of wholesale brokerage firms, retail/institutional brokerage firms, discount brokerage firms, and proprietary trading firms, now turned consultant. In most of these firms he started and managed the Trading Departments.

For example, while running the NASDAQ trading department at Wagner Stott (which he started), Mr. Seff engineered the sale of the department to Fidelity Investments. Mr. Seff then ran the department at Fidelity, and during this tenure the Fidelity department became the 12th most active NASDAQ trading department as measured by AutEx. He also managed the department that handled the execution of the Fidelity Brokerage public orders during a part of his tenure.

As a result of Mr. Seff's varied experience, he is now providing consulting services with respect to trading issues in the
NASDAQ, Listed, and ECN environment. Much of his consulting projects recently have focused around providing expert advice and services as a litigation consultant to Securities Attorneys, as he is often called upon to explain how trading rooms operate in light of recent regulations. He also consults for brokerage firms, and this year
has been contracted as a consultant for a broker/dealer attempting to set up a proprietary trading operation.
